Danté Co respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order.
• The order details, including any text and photos you upload to personalise items.
• Basic technical data, such as pages visited, to keep the site working.

Why we use it

• To make, deliver and support your order and to contact you about it.
• To send order confirmations and updates.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos for anything other than making your order.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the shop, who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel (website hosting and photo storage)
• Neon (database)
• Yoco (card payments — your card details go directly to Yoco)
• Our email provider (order emails)
• Couriers, who receive your name, address and phone number for delivery

Some of these providers store data outside South Africa; they are required to protect it appropriately.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your order and meet legal and tax requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
